Bio-Axin is a UNIQUE bioinsecticide on the market, formulated with metabolites from Streptomyces spp. BB016 and oils for the control of various thrips species.

Bio-Axin, formulated with Streptomyces spp. BB016 metabolites and oils, acts on the insects’ nervous system by blocking the GABA neurotransmitter and altering octopamine and acetylcholine, causing rapid paralysis and death.

What makes Bio-Axin unique is its dual natural mode of action: in addition to interrupting nerve transmission, its active components create a repellent and disorienting effect on pests, reducing insecticide resistance and protecting crops sustainably.

Mode of action

Preparation

Wear personal protective equipment: cotton coveralls, respirator, face shield, gloves, and neoprene boots.
Work on stable surfaces to prevent container tipping.
Use only appropriate tools to open containers and measure the product.
Shake thoroughly, mix well, and then pour.
Prepare the mixture in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid splashes during product handling.

Application

Always wear personal protective equipment during handling, preparation, and application of BIO-AXIN®.
Dilute in a sufficient amount of water to ensure optimal plant coverage.
Apply via spraying using any ground equipment that ensures proper foliage coverage in affected areas.

Dosage and Mixing

Fill the application tank halfway with water, add the product, and then complete the water volume as needed.
Keep the mixture in constant agitation to ensure uniformity.
